I didn't receive a verification email
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, open the app, go to Login, and use the "Resend Verification" option. If the problem persists, contact us at the email below.
I get an HTTP 409 error during registration
This usually means an account with that email or username already exists. Try logging in instead, or use the "Forgot Password" option to recover your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AlgoFlora → Cancel Subscription
Android: Open Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → AlgoFlora → Cancel
